Formaldehyde and Technical grade Urea are mixed in a reaction vessel in a particular molar ratio and heated to a desired temperature. After maintaining the desired temperature as per the process demand, and addition of a series of catalyst in sequence Urea and Formaldehyde react to form Urea Formaldehyde resin in the required specification. The product hence obtained is cooled and stored in the storage tank.
Urea Formaldehyde resin which is the essential raw material required for the Plywood industries, Particle Board and MDF. We have the facility to manufacture 120 TPD Urea-formaldehyde resin per day. Almost 70 % is utilised by our own Particle Board and Plywood industries.
We have also the facility to produce Phenol-Formaldehyde resin and Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin. This is also used for our own consumption to produce marine plywood.
